SDGDigital Services

Back-office and data work, staffed by the month.

A dedicated person on your queue every business day — annotation, catalogue data, document capture, data cleanup. One monthly price per seat, a written accuracy standard, and a US company answerable for the result.

Seats are dedicated, not pooled. You know who is on your work, what they are working to, and what happens when they miss it.

What a seat can cover

One seat is one person's working day, pointed at whatever mix of the following you need. Most clients start with a single task type and widen it once the spec is settled.

Data entry and processing

Forms and records, order and invoice entry, migrations between systems, spreadsheet build and maintenance.

Document capture and OCR review

Scans and PDFs turned into structured data. OCR output corrected against the source, indexed and checked.

Data cleaning and enrichment

Deduplication, validation against reference sources, standardising formats, filling gaps in CRM and catalogue records.

Annotation and labelling

Image, text and audio labelling for model training, including preference and ranking data, worked to your guidelines.

Review of AI output

People on the cases your model is unsure about: exception handling, edge-case review, content and listing moderation.

Research and list building

Sourced and verified lists, desk research, and the data-shaped admin that keeps piling up on someone senior.

How an engagement runs

Four steps, and you can stop after any of them.

  1. Scope call

Thirty minutes. You describe the work and the volumes; we write it up as a task specification and send it back for you to correct. No charge, and the spec is yours whether or not you go further.

  2. Paid pilot

A small, real batch at a fixed price against that spec. You judge the actual output and the actual turnaround before there is anything monthly to commit to.

  3. The seat starts

A named person works your queue every business day to the approved spec. Monthly fee, monthly invoice, thirty days' notice on either side.

  4. Add capacity

When volume grows you add whole seats rather than renegotiating rates. When it shrinks, you drop them the same way.

We were formed in 2026. The paid pilot exists so that being new is our risk to carry, not yours.

How accuracy is held

Rework is the hidden cost in this kind of work — for you in checking it, for us in redoing it. So it gets measured rather than promised.

  • A written task specification before any work starts. Ambiguity is settled once, in writing, instead of record by record.
  • Sample-based quality review on every batch, scored against the accuracy standard written into your agreement.
  • AI-assisted validation flags the records most likely to be wrong, and a person checks every flag. The tooling narrows the search; it does not sign off.
  • Rework rate reported to you monthly alongside volume and turnaround.
  • If a batch misses the standard, we redo it at our cost. If it keeps missing, thirty days' notice is deliberately short.

How your data is handled

Confidentiality is the reasonable objection to offshore delivery, so it is worth being concrete about.

  • An NDA and a data processing agreement in force before we are given access to anything. We would rather sign yours than ours.
  • Named, least-privilege access for every person on your account. No shared logins and no personal email in the workflow.
  • Work happens in a controlled workspace. Nothing is retained locally once a batch is handed back.
  • Security-sensitive work stays with our India partner, which carries formal certification. You are told which country your work sits in, and it does not move without your agreement.
  • Where your own obligations flow down to us — GDPR, CCPA, a client contract of yours — they go into the DPA and we work to them.

Where the work is done

We are a New Jersey company and the person accountable to you is here, on your hours, in your time zone. The delivery is not: the work is done by vetted partner teams in India, with Nepal capacity added for high-volume, lower-sensitivity work.

That belongs on the first page rather than the fifth. Before you sign anything we will tell you which partner and which city your account sits with, and you can talk to the team lead who will actually be running your queue.

Questions we get

How does pricing work?

A flat monthly fee per dedicated seat, quoted after the scope call once we know the task and the volume. Pilots are quoted as a fixed price for the batch. There is no hourly billing, no ticket count, and no minimum term beyond thirty days' notice.

Who actually does the work?

Named people at a partner team in India or Nepal, working your queue during their day and nobody else's. We tell you the partner, the location and the team lead before you commit.

What happens if quality slips?

Sample review catches it before you do, and the batch is redone at our cost. A pattern of misses is a good reason to leave, which is why the notice period is short.

Can you start smaller than a full seat?

Yes — that is what the paid pilot is. Fixed scope, fixed price, no monthly commitment attached to it.

Do you take on engineering or process-industry work?

No. We stay with general back-office and data work and do not take domain engineering, plant or process projects.

Tell us what the work is.

Send a short note describing the task and roughly how much of it there is. You will get a reply the same business day, and if it looks like a fit, a scope call and a written task specification at no charge.
